Welcome to The Committee For Academic Excellence (CAE) website.Established in 2003 to serve Riverview, Palm River, Clair Mel, Gibsonton, East Bay and surrounding rural communities, the Committee for Academic
Excellence (CAE) is a non-profit professional consortium of educators, doctors, legal professionals, businesses, parents and community-based organizations dedicated to strengthening communities through higher levels of educational achievement, character development, professional
collaboration and family involvement.
Implementing its ONE3 (One Team, One Vision, One Mission) system of offering education and community enrichment programs to all levels of the community, the CAE utilizes local, state and national channels to partner with communities and stakeholders that have a vested interest in strengthening
our underserved communities by providing a strong foundational system of learning that supercedes remediation.
The long-term vision of the CAE is to develop premiere educational and community facilities dedicated to reaching children in early childhood. This goal will potentially negate the need for preventative/remedial programs at the middle and high school level. A similar goal geared towards the adult
population is to increase adult literacy and the marketable skills of the undereducated in our community by providing equitable access to state-of-the-art technology, educational services, assessment, and providing integrated career planning and developmental services to disadvantaged members of our society. We endeavor to increase the value of human and
intellectual capital for the disfranchised in the community.
The Committee for Academic Excellence demonstrates a strong commitment to increasing the educational success for all students and families and enrichment of the communities we serve. This goal, which is a part of the ONE3 mission statement, is achieved primarily through the collaboration of parents, educators, businesses, and professionals and an overall commitment
to the communities we serve. |
